Japan will never admit OB is a failure

OB has wreaked havoc at the head of the various sales forces yet he is still here and now making decisions on the fate of us all in sales. WHY??

I believe it may have something to do with the Japanese Culture of "saving face".

OB has been here since the Eisai beginning and maybe there is some loyalty in Japan for anyone who has been around that long and risen so high. Firing someone who has been promoted so many times internally would be to admit a monumental mistake.

Too bad for us all but do not expect OB be gone when we know he should have been cut loose long ago.

This time it is serious. OB and LC ran out of excuses and Japan is actively looking for their replacements. Rember that yesterday Mubarak in Egypt wowed to stay and today he was forced to step down.

Transitional plans are being devised for LC and OB's replacement. Don't expect the plans to be known in the second or third floor in the HO.
