Wow you are cool. I love hearing physicians say how irritated they are with the BMS reps begging like 9th grade boys with a hard on. So my Januvia share is hovering around 17% and Janumet is around 5%. Kombi isnt even on my radar. In May i will start handing out the $5 coupons to those who have decided to try Kombi or Onglyza.

I dunno. Kombie is doing fairly well considering. The Bms rep in my area the docs approved, so im a little worried until our XR gets approved. Now $5 would be interesting but metro would figure out a way to duck it up, or Bms will just match it.

Not sure where your are or what you are considering but Kombie has a .08% share in my territory...not that concerned. Plus most all BMS reps are D-bags. Beggers...

You talking TRx or NRx? trx we are killing em but not in NRx. Actos is droping too, nobody else is gaining but them. And the docs love the bms rep in my area. Been with them forever and I don't think they are beggin. Most new starts are going to Onglyza or kombiglyz among about half my top 20 docs. Now if uncle Merek would get our XR approved we can clean up the mess.

I am talking TRx. On Friday a physician told me he felt like the BMS reps have turned into Avon or Tupperware sales reps. He said he actually felt sorry for them. I guess i do too. Its a tough job market and the industry is shrinking. But i would never go out begging and pissing off Dr.'s. "Come on Dr. Smith, you are the highest writer of Januvia in the area cant you give me a piece of the pie? I have known you for years and my partner Billy Bob just canned. Please help me! I dont want to get fired. Write please!"
