I have 2 in-services and I plan on starting my 4Q working hard. Everything else will take care of itself.[/QUOTE
Great! That is exactly the answer the original poster most likely wanted to hear. Made me feel more confident after reading ur post
I have heard a lot of rumors as well. But are they just rumors? or should us janssen reps hold on tight for another ride?
The point of the reply was to let the poster know I'm not going to get myself worked up in a tizzy because there are "rumors" about change.
This is the way it's been for the last 5 years and probably the way it will be from now on. The point of the reply was to relay the message that the best way to address these "rumors" is to keep working and not let your business suffer because of the distractions.
Maybe the reply should have just been a soft:
There, there (stroking hair on your head as we rock in an embrace) don't you worry about anything...everything will work out...you're a little trooper and you're going to be just fine.[/b
If you do not get yourself worked up on rumors,Why are you so active on this site? Just sayin..
There needs to be deep cuts in Pharma admin areas (i.e. NOT salesforce).
There are simply too many piggies on the t*t and there's not enough milk for everyone.
There are literally layers upon layers of Directors and VPs. Associate Directors, Senior Directors and M1s/M2s galore. I look at the disaster that is the Pharma admin and wonder what the hell HR has been doing the last 5 years or so. What a mess.
