Interesting to note that only 7/61 territories hit the 5 or more PEF Quota for Q4 bonus. That’s only 11%.

19/61 territories had 0 FEFs. That’s 31%. Something is wrong here. Payout or lack of should be interesting. Hope Syneos treats its reps fairly.

Target bonus of $35K per year is $8750 per quarter. If 5 was the goal, the payout should be $1750 per PEF. But it was $300 not $1750. No reason to even care. It's a better use of time in Q3 and 4 to spend time looking for a job with a reputable company. Q1 will be interesting for those that havent run far away.
