Does anyone feel like their JBI teammates know more then they’re leading on? I get along with all of them so they genuinely thought what went down yesterday was so strange. I got bits and pieces from various reps, but then when you speak w Syneos nobody doesn’t know a damn thing? Aside apply for the openings go apply and good luck basically. Why does JBI know more ? They have their territories and new zip codes for the most part, but here we are with our thumbs up our asses waiting to know if we have a job. Why can’t there be transparency right off the bat? This is our jobs and not a game.

Also many went to their meetings this month. Why waste our time and blow smoke up our asses telling us how great immunology is doing and this contract has been so awesome? Then oh we’re sorry this contract is not working out. I seriously want to know if we actually have a shot at getting the full time roles, or the laid off neuro will get first dibs and if there are openings left over then we can interview?

Do we know if the whole contract is gone, or some will be safe? Also when is the official last day of this ? Yesterdays call gave us nothing!

I don’t think theJBI reps know . I’m tight with mine and she would have told me . Syneos is waiting to get the word from JBI which probably will be end of Feb . I think they will be keeping some rheum and some Derm although Derm may be integrated . I don’t Get the whole thing really . Derm is sucking up wind and I guess Mohammed and co needed to make a change to light a fire . March 31 is the end date
 




















What’s the status of this contract? I keep hearing the end of the month but nothing yet. We need to be able to apply for other contracts if they don’t want to keep us.

Enough already with keeping us on radio silence. It’s getting to be unprofessional!
 








What is amazing to me is that the ones that were kept and moved into other positions ARE THE REASONS FOR WHY THIS CONTRACT WAS LOST! Not working, encouraging others under them to not work...and you move them into other management positions??
 




Left this contract a while ago but have had several people text asking if I know any positions available. Is the janssen Trmfya contact ending? They just reply with “it’s a shit show” or something similar.
