Will they email you an official offer letter if you have not cleared? And do they say if you have cleared when you call? Or do they just say that it has been turned into inventiv?
 






Sterling will tell you it's been handed off to Inventiv. You can ask Sterling if there was anything they need clarification with or if there were any delays.. Inventiv should send you a notification to let you know it's all done and clear. Your official letter of offer is based upon passing drug and background screen.
 


















Even if you have diabetes experience the diabetes learning is tough, but manageable. It's the anti-coag. Stuff that's gonna blind side you. Extremely hard. No help, just very difficult almost unfair exams. Expect a hi washout. Good luck.
 






Dropped off my follow up hair sample at Quest yesterday... how long until we get the results?

Also Judge mandates I have a Breathalyzer on my ignition should I contact fleet services now or after our start date about an install for that?

I do have to say that the background check on this project has been the slowest and most talked about I've ever experienced. When I was with Ventiv before (and with any other company I have ever worked) I have submitted my info and never heard another word. This time, I am getting group emails asking us to follow up on our background checks to be sure they're done. My drug screen is not complete and it has been over a week (No...I don't do drugs). People on my team have been asked to produce all sorts of proof of employment, education, etc. It's just been weird. I don't know if that is because they're getting this going in such a short time or what, but it has been a cluster. I was offered the position over 3 weeks ago and I still have not gotten an all clear on background. At least 3 others on my team are in the same boat. Feels like we're moving in slow motion...

I agree. I don't have anything to worry about but they have called me and faxed me forms to fill out to release info. When I call them to check my status they outsource to India and its frustrating to get information. I still dont know if I cleared and I got a written offer. I know that the offer was contingent if I passed a background check, so I am hoping they dont pull it because of an incompetent background check agency.

I've been on two inVentiv contracts and although I didn't get the car on the start date, in both cases I got it within the first week. But I have heard of some reps who have had to wait for their cars, and some were even put into rentals until they got them. Probably depends on inventory and what cars need to be ordered.

Yes, the outsourcing to India sucks! All these background check companies try to make it seem like they are US-based, but the people making the background check calls are in India and don't have a clue!
