Are you serious-we have to work with this guy? Does anyone have any thoughts on how to deal with this guy? He thinks he knows everything and he manages by intimidation and fear. Another example of poor choices being made in Region 31

Piece of advice John says he has contacts all over the company. He runs to RD with everything that happens. He always tells half the story and he never does anything wrong. If you want to get on his good side just talk about his muscles and his work out routine. He is not very smart but as long as you make him think he is you should be okay.

John is a f'ing meathead, yankee ass mess. What a nightmare to work for him. Another terrible move by Amy. She could write the book on "how to demoralize a pharma region"; even after it was ripped apart by TJ.

You think he is a joke, you should work with KP. She never works with her team, offers no coaching or development. The only thing she is good for is info. She will tell all. She thinks her team keeps the secrets she tells. Her entire team thinks she is a joke. Yet RD thinks KP, CK and JA are the greatest. No clue.....

I will give him hard working and dedicated.....that is all i can give him. He is not smart enough to understand the industry. He has no grasp on reality. He put up numbers in the northeast because he went to school with a couple of buddies who became doctors. For the most part, most of the docs couldnt stand him.

And as for the meathead routine, all it is is a routine. Dont believe a thing about any body building shows he says he was in. All bulls*#t. He was the below average athlete in hs that lies about his hockey career and stretches the truth on his accomplishments. And he will stab you in the back faster than you can realize its happening. He just kisses so much ass, and will believe and do anything that the rd mumbles.....

All truth!
