Is the a future for sales reps with this product?

For two years until it's added to a bundle. Amgen won't publicly say it, but their marketing plan is really "Get paid fee for service for this product, so use it as much as you want, it's dollars in your pocket for the next 2 years, get it while it lasts!"

Then it's a dog product and you better start looking again. Amgen isn't the most stable of companies so I would stay away if you have better options.
