Vertex Cambridge (which field sales would be considered to be a part of) has roughly 1200-1300 employees as best as I can tell. In order to meet the 33% for WARN qualifications, that would mean approximately 350-400 employees would need to be laid off. Sales only comprises about 125-150 including sales management. Even adding in more from marketing, training, and HR I still don't think it would hit 350-400. Please correct me if I am wrong...

My manager told me that he thinks I will get a CF job and that I really don't need to actively look elsewhere. That's why I think only 1/2 or at most 3/4 will be let go. I did hear that he was throwing his line out there recently. I think we are all scared. I am VERY SCARED.
