Conmed is a company that has treated it's employees like shit since Curt took over. One thing they don't realize is some of the people that they have falsely fired have been going after Conmed with some major law suits dealing with age discrimination and also wrongful discharge, also Conmed makes you sign a severance package so you don't go after them, but that's a joke. They try to screw you on severance and vacation pay, because they feel you don't have a leg to stand on. Any of you that have been fired in the last year should take a strong look at suing Conmed, because you need to stand up to Curt and his BS.

I hear you I have seen so many fired or let go for no reason. Especially if you are close to retiring I’m sorry but goodbye . ConMed sentiment is low and people are always talking crap about the management.

You have to prove it in the court of law. They don't care about your tears, stories and feelings. You can recall what you witnessed, but they won't award you on that alone.

IF more people walked out, they'd make more money by piling up the remaining tasks onto whoever stays behind. They wait for this, rather than massive layoffs resulting in so many people talking, meeting with attorneys, or perhaps following someone to their home and handling their own personal issues their way.
