It's the best year ever!

Best year ever @ APUS. Your reward...no cell phone expensing, 2 fewer car washes, & soon no expensing Internet. Grand total that's about a $200/mon pay cut. Thanks Deerfield! Really makes me want to try harder in 2012.

They'll give you an Iphone
They'll give you a wireless card if you need it

We've been given a free ride for a long time so suck it up buttercup. Those laid off from Pharma don't feel for you.

wah...! really? So your six figure salary and bonus isn't enough to pay for your internet and phone? the free car, insurance, gas... while the rest of us have to pay for ours and struggle? Get over it!

laid off pharma rep... from a former Astellas employee and newly laid off from a company buyout... count your blessings!

Why do you continue to troll these boards if you are not in pharma now? Sorry about your situation but the company is doing well according to the CC we just had so the cutbacks in field sales are annoying to say the least.

I'm sorry for your situation.

The things you just listed above like car, insurance, gas are to free. Nothing is free. Those are a part of reps compensation. In exchange for them we bring in a great deal of revenue. when those things are no longer provided or are reimbursed that is a direct cut in compensation. Announcing the best sales year ever literally 4 days after cutting reps compensation is a morale killing mistake.

Don't look at it as them taking things away and decreasing our earnings. Look on the bright side, didn't you check out your STAR Compensation page which reveals the tremendous $$$ value of Journey courses and vacation/holiday time. Surely you could not find another job that actually gave you any paid time off and something as fulfilling as JOURNEY!!! What a fuckin joke! Make cuts if you need to, but don't try to ram that shit down our throats; I've yet to encounter ANYBODY in this organization who feels any value ever came out of Journey classes. Journey was just the byproduct of a training department w/o a damn thing to do to justify their job for a year or two.

Journey? That is bad. I remember the first time we got out STARcomp breakdown and CT tried to tell us that the employer contribution to Social Security was part of our comp.

"You keep using that word. I do not think it means what you think it means".
