Ok here we go folks, products aren't moving like home office wants and the reps are being scrutinized! Call times, the number of calls, etc...the cycle continues!!! We get conflicting information do this, no do this, just go somewhere to get a signature before 8:30 and after 4:30. Sent your pad back with some coupons and get a signature. Please tell me how this is effective if we are working and going after the business and not SIGNATURES. When managers start harping on reps, they leave and some are very good reps that will do well if they can do their jobs and not be stressed out about call times and number of signatures.

No one will question you as long as you are working when you are suppose too.

To the last 2 posts that made comments about "working when you are supposed to"...seriously?!?!?

Everytime a product flops at this company, they blame the reps. My work ethic hasn't changed since day one...I always work longer hours than I am supposed to and give a 110% and when products are moving great then nothing is said, but as soon as products aren't moving like expected (usually due to something at the corporate level) I am accused of not working, or only trying to get signatures, or not having enough signatures, or not using coupons enough, etc.
