You are probably correct and that is not going to be the expectation. I am sure that no BSS will get a Neo to change their mind or have a policy altered. That is true. I think the whole idea was to stop paying CMMs bonuses on vials of Synagis generated from the pediatric offices. The huge bonuses and salaries will be gone. it's simple math really and a giant savings in the bottom line will take place because the BSSs will not get increased comp. No big surprise here. Also, Synagis is at its end of its life. No need for a big sales force any longer. If you are a CMM, just be happy you are getting severance and one final bonus payout and all of that. Good luck. The BSSs will probably all be canned next season.
