Its All Over Folks!

Just checked my monthly calls for February a total 12 calls down from 50.

Ironically Corporate is still planning on paying the managers a full months salary even though their reps have 1 -3 days work for the entire month.

No new contracts. Its time to wipe the slate clean. We are all gone after the first week.

Good Luck to All! I hope PDI corporate and management rots in Hell!

I am worried, too, but if you look on the website they are hiring more flextime reps all over the country. We just welcomed 2 new in our district. I cannot explain that at all. Any idea why? I worked for a big pharma company for years and I really love this flextime gig.
Please, no ugly responses, I am just hoping for the best.

My only explanation to you on the new hires in your district is they are short term employees needed to complete the Tamiflu calls from a vacant territory. ( Ask your DM why they were hired for for the quickest explanation. )

There are some openings listed on the carreer webssite but most of them are old posts that human resources neglected to remove (check the dates)

Were your calls reduced drastically this month? I only got 20 calls for the entire month. Thats just 2 days of work.

No word from my DM either on whether we are starting a new contract in March or if any of us will be hired for future contracts once Tamiflu ends the first or scond week of Feb. Most of the sales reps are only 10- 30 calls for the entire month.

This is bad news any way you spin it corporate.!

I hope America and company have the decency to tells us the truth about our future job status at PDI.

I am almost certain Tamiflu will end by Feb 15th.

Complete your calls, then do your inventory, finish your exp report, and wait for close out instructions from HO on where to send back your laptop, etc...

PS on last day of work, file for unemployment benefits!!!

See you guys in the fall!!!!

I am stunned by the complete silence from ALL LEVELS of management. Nothing to encourage us to hang on or look elsewhere. No guidance, no hang in there, nothing. But I really need this job so I am standing in faith, trusting GOD and praying.

After March we are all unemployed. PDI has a habit of telling us that there is a contract or two just waiting to be signed to keep us working and making sure the contract is met. Start saving some boxes so you can send your stuff back, we are looking at unemployment and soon.

only 20 call?? I have 76. I know not a huge number but that is down from 108. so not to much of a reduction. ALso ppl we signed up for this., We all knew it was over at the end of Feb so why all the whining......

The majority of us are not surge reps. Our district is averaging about 25-30 calls for the month of Feb. . Tamiflu calls were drastically reduced this month. If you have 75 Tamiflu calls you are the exception to the rule.

Where is your territory? You must have a lot of Bromfed or Flopred calls to be at 75 calls.

Please be honest. Dont misinform or mislead.

Do you really think someone is dumb enough to tell you where their territory is? Just what management wants to read; we are not supposed to be posting here. Big no no. Some territories have a large number of calls others do not, just the way it is.
