It's a path toward a journey

"A robust pathway to engage in a proactive way to partner with our customers to help them better understand....." In other words a way to create more managers and directors and piss away alot of money!!! I totally agree that our company/industry has to adapt and change our approach to things but hitting the bricks and seeing docs everyday is always going to be the foundation. Answer me this, they mentioned several times that Myrbetriq is basically sucking ass in PCP market. With that being said WHY DO WE HAVE TWO PCP SALES FORCES FOR THESE TWO DRUGS?????? Two reps calling on the same doc that doesn't really give two shits about either of our two products. Send 25% of them packing and we will be more profitable than ever!!

The pharma business model, esp here is so antiquated. Read any business book or a book by a CEO. They would die from laughing at the way sales is done here. Same rings true for all other pharma companies. It's the definition of insanity. Doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results. Same goes for the hiring process. Take someone from JNJ,Pfizer,GSK and have them do the exact same thing here. It's madness. Get out while you still can. Don't let your brain atrophy in pharma.

Be care full what you wish for. . . . . Just ask Pfizer or the contract reps for Eli Lilly that sold the shit out of OAD Cialis, beat Viagra and Lilly says: "Thank you" and sent them packing.
Our model with two & three reps per territory is costing the company way to much money and will be gone very soon.
