We left/are leaving mostly because of "handle more with less" mentality and the near impossible goals that have been placed in our laps with current staffing. CL hasn't helped by the refusal to hire or back-fill positions, then again, how can you hope to fill new positions when salaries are frozen.

Also add in the fact that going above and beyond gets you nothing and the only people who get recognized and promoted are the ones who do the least but kiss up the most.

This statement is perfectly said across all business divisions of miraca. The inside deal is have everyone leave/quit rather than be fired and incur additional expense. Fuck u
