If I didn't know better and read this board I'd think Forest Reps were either heroes or zeros and nothing in between. How many of you office based reps have no or less than three or four partners? When it's convenient for management you'll either be responsible or a beneficiary. How would you prove otherwise? Oh snap! You can't!
Is the IMS data an objective indicator? Nope, IMS notes it's 60-80% accurate. Are our evaluations objective? Nope. Your manager can write ANYTHING they want. You could go from a genius to an ignoramus in one day.
