Spend hundreds of thousands to perform an internal survey for to gauge employee satisfaction. Ignore said results when employee satisfaction continues to decline. When you fill out your glint survey...Think about the patient!

Yes, and it should be about the shareholders! The company’s first obligation IS to its shareholders! Profit drives results and that’s all that matters. “Patients” are just a means to an end, but they are important because they pay for the prescriptions. We don’t want to “cure” any condition that brings in revenue for the entire patent life of a drug! Remember, “cure a patient, lose a patient “.

 








And when you have to make 7 calls per day, when you have not many doctors, Think about the patient. Especially when your partner and the ISS are having to make 7 calls on same drs; Think about the patient…
