Once again the company was caught completely off guard. We get it. No one could possibly know. No one could possibly prepare. How could anyone figure out that the 1st day of the quarter was today and that call panels should have been ready. One day we will have the technology, but until then, we will have to support the folks in R&D and pray they come up with a solution.
