It’s time for home office terminations and resignations

After the complete cluster of an alleged NSM this week, it’s crystal clear that leadership at the company is plain incompetent.
Step up, resign and move on. Perhaps the show can be saved, but not with who we’ve got at the top.

Good try pal, but you are a bit late. French revolution happened a few centuries ago. Dealing with India wind power now. Do your job, or leave and complain about your next company.

Let’s try to be positive:

Who in leadership should keep their jobs ?

Crickets.....

When you own the company or are a relative, you cannot loose your job. Lets face it, the Mumbai mob should be at the nickel slots and they are playing at the high roller baccarat table. Sorry Mr. Bond, you must know pay for your stirred martinis. The rest of us are operatives, including mid-managers. Accept what you have, or leave. It is not going to get better here. Abbvie will launch RIS soon and the window will close on all SUN-light.
The next NSM will likely be worse and most of the people you met in Orlando will probably be out by then.
