He can’t make a recognizable object from Lego. How can he run a business?
Legos are like boobs. They're really for the kids, but grown ups always end up playing with them...
They hire and promote idiots while anyone decent is treated like shit or run out of the door. I have never been more unimpressed by a management team that was so disillusioned about their own ability to lead that their ineptness was almost comical.
Flemming don’t forget the people that worked hard to make the company successful. You come across as ruthless & coldhearted. Your true colors are showing. Stop playing games.
Galderma has a real problem. The people running the show and making the decisions are so far removed from the reality of the job and so attached to the money and far from their own integrity that they are incapable of making decisions that can lead us out of this mess.
How much longer do you think this company and its inept management will be around for?
Things at Galderma are worse than ever. Working here can only be described as soul crushing. Most awful senior management trying to get people to leave.

Thomas and Fleming have come in and created an extremely hostile environment and no one is happy. Galderma was not like this before.
If an Ambassador would behave the way Flemming and Thomas do, they would have been recalled immediately, their position cancelled and they would have been sent packing.
