I have been through this before, drop you're Ista Rep. Don't communicate, don't work together, they want our jobs, they are not our friends. We are the purchasing company and in a great position. They are asking our offices for recommendations to be kept, at our expense, don't let this happen! Do what you have to do to get them out of the way. Be proactive with your top accounts, I bleed B&L and am not going to let these sleez balls take my spot!
 






The truth is we bought Ista because we haven't done shit for growth and WP has had it. If you think you're safe because we bought Ista then I LOL. WP wants change and growth to go public. Don't be surprised when the majority of the cuts are from B&L.

from the talks I've had with my Ista rep he says the company has been a mess the last couple years and it was floundering recently with it sales of Bepreve and Bromday. I am not sure them running the show is any better. I know we have a lot of ex-Ista people working here already and it has not helped out at all.

The Ista people that came over did so because they were poor performers at Ista or even fired from Ista. What I hear is Ista doesn't put up with poor performers. You either perform or they get rid of you.

Not true! I personally know several former ISTA reps who work at B&L and they are well thought of and above average performers.

Hey jerk off --- im an Ista rep and i wouldnt want your sorry ass job right now considering ive pullverized the B&L rep in my territory to tears and would be delighted to do it to you too.. Unfortunatly the B&L reps( most but not all suck at what they do) will keep their jobs and ill be out on my ass. Ista isnt a perfect company but our reps far exceed the sales talent of most B&L reps who sell on brand loyalty. I hope you are eaten alive by an Allegan rep... Asshole

Nice, but I've pulverized my ista rep. I guess my 10 years of eye care and relationships will do that.

Another ISTA rep here. How are you pulverizing the B&L rep in your territory? Would love for you to prove that on EV or IMS data since from the ISTA perspective, we don't directly compete with them. We don't see the Alrex data in the allergy market so how would you know? Surely you're not saying you are pulverizing them with Bromday vs. generic diclofenac.

Too bad you didn't work WITH your B+L counterpart especially in your surgery accounts instead of being an antagonist. Could've helped you & vice versa.
