ISS training and thoughts about this position?

Training is great....It is very informative and Mike lacourse is great...I don't know your background, but if you have any cath lab experience it will make it much easier...The job is awesome if you don't get envious of your csr...they make quite a bit more than you will doing the same job....I love what I do and have no complaints...I will get a csr job role in due time....TAKE THE JOB......BOSTON IS A GREAT COMPANY....I just hope we don't get bought by J&J

Thanks so much for the reply...

I do not have cath lab experience. Will this make it much more difficult or will they "catch me up to speed." I am excited to learn and be a part of this team. Do they prepare you well for the tests? When do the tests start, how many of them....More importantly do they prepare you well for the field? Thanks again....

Former ISS. Training is fine. Tests every morning, but you are well prepared before taking it. A lot of training on the full line from DES to balloons, to IVUS, to Rota...It's a good gig, but like another person said, do not get caught up with what the csr is or is not doing. Do your job and make some pretty good $. ISS has been known though to be RIF'd pretty often...
