Why Shire is acting so stingy? SO we've heard the raises are going to be the lowest ever this year, like maybe 3% for CE. The target bonus NEVER increases! In fact, we now have a capped comp plan. Our taxes have gone up, hey we are feeling the pain here. Oh yeah, plus Shire ADHD reps make less than average specialty reps, and less than GI reps.

BUT don't forget "YOU MATTER, WE NEED YOU!" "We need every one of you at your full capacity!" If you want to raise moral- give us some good raises, give us some incentives to really give it 110% besides just the team bonus, I mean don't other companies have multiple awards programs besides rep of the quarter and Pres Club?

Hearing Yasick boast about how amazing we are doing, double-digit growth for 10 years, etc, kind of makes us all thing, "Can we get some of that money please?" After all we are all the ones making that double digit growth happen.

WE are all thinking this so its about time someone says it.

Our numbers are smoke and mirrors. The increased growth is based on price increases. Our product growth is underperforming. I haven't seen a market share comparison in several years unless it has been in an age group. I was hoping we would see one in AZ.
 


















They think they can boost morale with little pep talks and trinkets but the way they need to boost morale is as simple as 4 little words: SHOW ME THE MONEY!!!!
