Exactly. Also if you are a Vraylar rep on a three person team and you’re logging 8+ calls a day you are liar and the Managers that praise them are clueless and only want their metrics to look good. This job has become such smoke and mirrors. And what office wants 3 reps calling on them with the exact same drug?

All I can say is this is going to be the worst NSM I’ve ever attended. The micromanaging has escalated quite rapidly! Every metric they are forcing us to meet only forces us to fake it all! 100% iplan usage, 80% ISA usage, 80% tier 1 targets called on, tracking bullshit NBRx for the contest but only those from your tier 1 targets count. Bitch, those NBRx are bullshit enough and now you only want to count them from tier 1 targets?

It's not just Psych. The worst example is the Rheumatology Western Region RM. Thirteen plus metrics measured by The Graf. That bipolar POS.
