So I know that this is a shitty company but I was going to take a tm job as my new side hustle. I figure I could milk this thing for at least a couple years. Problem is the RM is too much of a pain in the ass. What do you guys think?

It's a decent side hustle IF AND ONLY IF the RM is asleep at the wheel which most are.

This is a highly transactional job. Most TMs and RMs have to be Uber drivers on the side.
 






side hustle? yeah i can see that. 150 first year doable. Have useless mandatory training first month or two. You would need to take fair amount of time off from "real job" for that. After that you can work 15-20 hours a week for a year and a half before you get pip'd. Good luck!
