It sounds like you don't like it. Then get out and quit or stop posting negative things here. Cook is a very good company. Conservative but good. Again, if you don't like it leave. Now stop and go sell something. You must be one of the old reps who's burnt from doing this. Maybe you need to be let go to let the go getters do the job. You have no idea the crappy companies and job that are out there. Be grateful
 






nah... Cook just lets me sit around and collect an easy check. i'm just going to hang around and laugh at all you go getters sell this piece of garbage and not get incentivized to do so. And i prefer to take this job for granted, I'm really not grateful for anything. thanks for the lecture though, that was fun.

This would make sense if there were something to get. At Cook there is no real incentive for working hard. There are established people who haven't done any significant work in decades. Why should they? They're satisfied with the low pay and high quality of life.
