My DM told me I had "issues" with the "Lilly Values" ... for the past few months, I have been taking Cymbalta, Zyprexa, and Testosterone, and hey things couldn't be better ... well in fact, I have almost nothing left from my paycheck due to my pharmaceutical addiction...

This company treats us, publicly, as expenses that can be cut without affecting company performance in a negative way.

A true innovative company treats it's employees as assets which are essential to innovation and growth, not as "expenses."
