This is the worst company within Ethicon, and will not make it, please read all of the posts. This company is not even J&J caliber. No leaders, no products, no pipeline. Blame the reps, blame the managers, even blame sales training, but dont touch the winners in marketing. Come on Matty....please put the Kool-Aid down...I'm surprised you're still here... your own quote should put you in fear...top performers will be ok...Aren't you in charge of the massive cluster mess we have going on with mesh in POP? Hasn't your market share dropped significantly?
