Is Valeant done with its 10-15% layoff and 800 million dollar in cuts?

If so does this mean we will see no layoffs at B+L in 2014?

There is some Bullshit being swallowed if you think they are even close to the 800 million. Think they'll have to sell contact lenses to come close.

Based on end of the year reviews next February theoretically 10% of everyone could be cut without calling it a layoff. Just a purge of the poor performers.
