Looking at the public data, net sales in the US for Trelegy is already 837.8 million at the end of 3 quarters. Yet, management refuses to acknowledge how close the goal is for the reps.
Unless there is a historic collapse in Q4, the goal will be reached easily. My question, is will management figure out a way to say the contest is worded differently, and the "net" sales is different than the ones reported to investors as a way to get out of paying the bonus on the Rep level?
Starting at the beginning of 2021, it was a pretty big carrot dangled in front of reps with the promise of payout for ALL reps if the goal is achieved. My guess, they didn't expect to actually hit it, and now that they are, are scrambling to find a loophole out of it. If this is the cazse, that would be the final straw!
Anyone else have any insights?!
