Is the NE RBD really such a ball busting micro managing prick? From the stuff I have heard in the last 2 weeks alone is alarming. So much for this company trying to 'model' the biotech industry, so far it seems like we are under Pharma 101 and are treated like we are 22 yrs old. Lay off and throw your people some respect. You just may get more out of them if you give it a try.

You were informed about these schmucks before you took the job. This board has been more than informative about the track record of this garbage bag. Cast offs and throw aways from big pharma who were about to get shit canned and Savient needed desperado's for a temporary sales force who would take the hook and sinker without rocking the boat. The rbd would rather die than not get ahead, that being said he generally works from the positive rather than negative reinforcement.....be careful, and you will be ok as he is definitely out for himself more than most, but he ain't evil and believe me there is evil in this industry (I have seen it much more with women, don't know why but must be based in insecurity). The bigger concern is what the hell are you doing here-Savient doesn't pay that well and couldn't match what I was making. If the drug hits it, well then I will kick myself but one needs to be careful about going back on salary
