Is this a Kaleo a good company to work for?

I would rather be on food stamps. I am looking so I can skip the BS fest coming up. Does that answer your concerns? Get ready for the upcoming meeting they are going to sling a bunch of bullshit the press is going to hit this company hard in the upcoming weeks.

Not being a smart a here, but what do you consider poor treatment? Seems all Pharma companies are not viewed so well by employees....

Jumping from pan to fire here????

Thanks!

Not sure what your current situation is, but in my 20+ yr experience, Kaleo was the worst company I have been with. They talk a great game, but did not truly put strong emphasis on patients first. Evzio has been more challenging to get moving in parts of the country than others. Resources available to help move business have improved, but not enough. Evzio is expensive and providers only partially accepting the message and most docs say they see the need, but their actions do not reflect what they tell you. Company is all about selling Evzio units... so much so that many reps have been invited to leave if their numbers do not produce "acceptable" results after just 3 months. They are a small company who felt they had the capability to move away from contract sales force. However, right as that decision was made, Auvi-Q was temporarily pulled from market and Sanofi decided to move away from contract. When they have let reps go, its been with little notice and little support to truly help reps be successful and OFTEN after only 3 to 6 months to perform above expectations.

From pan to fire? Well, there are worse companies, so can't comment on that situation for you. However, unless things have changed significantly since I left the company, it would mostly likely be a much higher pressure situation than most companies and you will feel it... Daily!!!!

Hope that helps put some things into perspective.
