Is there going to be another round of D&R layoffs

The first round of D&R layoffs was not so bad. Most of the managers/Directors are still in place and the report structure is about the same. Lots of PhDs remain so there must be anticipation of doing a lot of research in the future.

In 2014 is there going to be another layoff of D&R or are we done?

Based on the number of PhDs still in the D&R group I don't think that Mike hates research.
