You'll get a recording at the number. It will tell you to wait until June 7th to receive your check, and if no check by then, you should call back. Someone said checks were mailed on 5/23 and another set will be mailed on 5/31. I sure hope that's true because I have received zip and I am a DMII.
If you were a DMII during that whole period you will not be getting anything. Look in the settlement it states who gets the moneies
Don't waste your breath or time calling the claims administrator. They say they don't have any info and can't help you. Even attempts to speak with a supervisor just yield a transfer to voicemail. All they will say is call back after 6/7.

Former novartis employee here... got my check last week. Also checked with other former employees and they all got their checks last week too. Check amounts vary by how long you were with novartis, but a very nice surprise for a upcoming vacation!!!

I got an interesting letter today. I was a Senior ASM during the claims period, so would not be considered a member of the class since the class only included positions up to District Manager I. I was sent the original form to fill out back in October. I filled it out, but I wondered why I was sent it since I knew I was not a member of the class. And guess what--they realized they made a mistake. AND they are going to pay me 25K...14K in back wages and another 11K in compensatory damages based on my response. HAHAHA! Thank you for the screw up, Novartis! Karma bites

A shit load of mistaken notifications were sent out to women who were not eligible requesting that they identify themselves and state their claims... now that this has been done Novartis is sending out notification to those mistakenly included. What a true cluster fuck.
