Recruiter says that the DM left, a bunch of field sales left, hence the backfill in my area.
I have some experience with Amgen that was mostly good to great but with some extreme frustration laid firmly on top of my tenure there.
Would it be worth the cup of coffee with Onyx for the experience, chance to shine during a down time, a way-stop on the move to the next big thing? A chance to keep my head down and make some money while the chiefs focus on slipping Onyx down Amgen's gullet?
Are salaries higher in an attempt to keep people on through the transition, or do they want to do a layoff without calling it a layoff by driving all the go getters out?
