I think there are a lot of keyboard warriors on here who don’t complain in person and then take out their frustrations on an anonymous message board. Certainly no one comes on here gloating about their current company. Makes it that much more competitive to get in with a good company if everyone is applying. But I too wish there were a way to know if there are any companies that are good kept secrets. Good pay/work life balance, products, etc.

tough times in industry with mandates, threats, and toxic people in sales. I work for a small company small sales force with a toxic person among us & everyone disrespects the girl, she gets drunk all times all meetings, & passed out even made it wrong hotel room frustrating to be a part of toxic environment. To say the least, we question why the girl still has a job!

Love my job with ADC Therapeutics! Oncology start up at its best. It’s not perfect, but has a great culture.
