Q1 2011 U.S. Prolia Sales = $17MM
Q1 2011 BHBU sales force, including sales managers = 540
Q1 2011 average sales per BHBU field sales employee = $31.5K
Annualized average sales per BHBU field sales employee = $126K
Fully-loaded cost of a rep, including salary, bonus, benefits, auto, etc. = $250K

Heck, I haven't even factored in marketing expense for the product!

Boys and girls of the BHBU - you're still not carrying your weight, you continue to be a drain.

When your executives outlined cuts during the Investor Business Review meeting this week, they talked about reducing expense in select Commercial areas.

I sure hope there's a reduction in your sales force.

I love being on vacation - it gives me time to do crap like this.
