That's a great idea but he rules by fear and always rides super hard and eventually gets rid of anyone who doesn't fully agree with his misguided and often counter productive half brained ideas. He's so insecure that he maliciously goes after anyone that doesn't completely suck up to him from what I hear. Just look at all those he has ridden out of the company. Karma will eventually catch up, but in the near term just remember that people who act that way are living such sad and lonely insecure lives that force them to behave in such a way. Don't be angry at him. Feel sad for him. and by all means keep him out there in the east. We don't want him back here in the Midwest!!

I think he needs a hug. Give him a nice hug the next time you see him. That may help.
