OP here! UGH! From the posts from other people on here, it sounds like Teleflex blows boners!

Teleflex sounds like some weird contract sales company with inside sales reps ,,just from the name1 Think I'll take a HARD PASS!!

No. Not worth it. Technology is dated. No innovation.

teleflex is a decent company. they treat people better than many other device companies. they tend to take their time with decisions, which can be good or bad depending on the situation. most people don't realize how much "stuff" teleflex sells that you see in hospitals each day.

Depends on the division of the company you work. The Surgical division has not had an innovative product in 7years and that one was one the purchased from Stryker after it was already 5 years on the market.

culture has gone south all over this company. the stock price being in the tank isnt helping. higher ups trying to save their jobs and the only play in the playbook is to squeeze customers and reps for every extra bit. typical short term thinking
