Let me share some recent examples of engineers who worked for S&n in Memphis:
One guy took a job, was laid off 6-8 months later... Not due to performance by him, but by the company deciding to downsize. That means the hiring manager had no clue what condition the business was in...
Then there are the Visionaire engineers. Ask the recruiter/hr moron about them. They over worked a bunch of them until they all burned out and wanted to quit. Then S&N said you can't quit on us we'll fire you, then they made up a lawsuit against them to keep them finding work elsewhere in the industry. That was the tipping point for S&N in Memphis. All senior management was dismissed 6 mo. after that and Andover has run the show ever since.
