No he is not with Genoptix

I believe he moved on shortly after Genopix got sold. He did his due diligence during the interview phase and the execs of Genoptix assured him there was not a possibility of being sold anytime soon. Turns out the deal was already done even as the execs told him that. I think he went to the upstart hemonc arm of GI Path in Memphis.

Rick was in my training class in April 2010 so the deal wasn't done you dumb ass. GXDX wasn't on the market until September 2010.
