On your last statement, Vertex needs to step it up pay wise. They expect so much from their employees - work so much that you can’t find time to breath. It’s relentless, but not for everyone.

There is zero recognition for hard work. A $300 spot bonus doesn’t cut it. That’s not recognition.

Ironically, Reshma was hired for her 'R & D expertise' - R& D failures are her direct responsibility. She should be exited in 2 years (but with an exit package so huge, it will be unheard of)
