This must be a rhetorical question, but the answer is most emphatically YES.

I know you thought you were posting a very negative article, but I read it a different way. Perry was not able to decisively answer a question about China and instead of getting defensive, goes howm and begins reading and learning more about it. He has a history of surrounding himself with highly intellectual people and experts from various areas. He doesn't pretend to know everything and much more importantly, clearly doesn't think he knows everything, unlike obama. He appears to be quite a brilliant strategist.
I LOVE some of the comments too...
"How many states are there?"
"What is a corpse-man?"
I have questions about if this guy is genuine or just morphing for the politcal demands, but would never, ever, say he is dumb.
You are right, it may be an unfair question, but consider that the right credits Perry with being a great governor, who creates jobs without raising taxes. Too bad he has a state budget deficit approaching $27 BILLION dollars, which is the largest state deficit in the nation. Now he may or may not be dumb, but if it is Obama's fault for the national deficit, then it most assuredly Perry's fault for the Texas deficit.

The funny part is that the OP thinks someone ELSE is dumb.
Madame, regarding dumb, I think your posts say it all. Thank you, and play again.
