Is Our Medical Information Safe?

Seriously, is our personal medical information safe since Dr. P has shown that he has zero regard for patient privacy with the whole Hetlioz hub debacle?

He overseas our medical benefits and makes the final decisions as to what does or does not get included on our plans. And, last year, he made drastic cuts to ob/gyn coverage when four employees had babies in the first half of the year.

I really wonder if our personal medical data is compromised because I don't trust this company for a second!

Your CEO thinks he is God and no law or regulation applies to him.

It would not be surprising in the least. Vanda may have lots of policies to pretend to be a compliant and ethical company. But they are all for show.
