Please do not board a sinking ship... my prediction is that the rest of the sales force will be gone next year along with FRMs (why do they need them when it will be years if ever that any new drug is launched?)Thinking of a career change. I wanted to see from insiders what they think of the company, the leadership, the pipeline....chances for promotion, overall corporate finances, etc. I heard about the successor to synagis not getting FDA approval...that had to be a costly blow.
Knowing what you know about the company, if you were an outisder, would you sign on right now?

They let go many of their best CMMs and I am sure they must be thanking their lucky stars that they got severance packages and the opportunity to go to a better company

You are right about that! Nice severance package and a great new company. And as far as the BSS doing my old job - they aren't. They aren't even registered at the hospitals and none of my friends have seen them... I'm talking key opinion leaders. As predicted the BSS just told the manager that the hospitals were closed to reps, that they needed an appointment to see anyone and they couldn't get one. Good luck getting the BSS to rally the medical leadership

I was hoping for some specifics. Why does it suck? Low pay? Bad hours? Boring? Crappy co-workers? No chance for promotion? Overworked?
read the open letter post to get a flavor of how this company operates. Bad culture, Creeps in HR, mean, no sole, or just join and add to the list, bring K-Y with you if you get hired.
