I woke up wondering & had to know. Please. I can't ask anyone at work because it's like asking people how much they get paid. I have heard this subject in random conversations in the past. Usually when people discuss layoffs. Production keep efficiency high, therefore managers get a bonus check? Or do the managers get a budget to go off of, and whatever they don't spend they keep?
Is it true that managers receive bonus checks that reflect efficiency?
