Is it really that bad here? Considering position

I have had multiple recruiters reach out over the past few months for this one. They keep saying like 70% of the reps hit their # and make ~160+ and how much the company is growing.

However, every single post on here seems to contradict that lol. I usually take this website with a grain of salt but it's pretty unanimous regarding how ppl feel about Zoll on here.

Things are great at Zoll. I will hit plan for the fourth year in a row and make 185K. I get plenty of vacation and really enjoy what I do!! This is a great company to work for no matter what the naysayers claim...

I not a regular poster on this board, however I was in a similar place. First year, that is an absolutely realistic number, I hit it almost to the dollar. However, as everyone mentions, the quota climb is unattainable. I was fortunate enough to have another offer as soon as I was starting to peak. It was extremely stressful knowing that the cliff was coming and like many said, I regretted my decision of coming on very soon after joining. This really is a 1-2 year job tops and the moral is awful. Even if you are a positive person as I was, it is draining to be around so much negativity.

While unlike many, I actually enjoyed my time at Zoll and learned quite a bit, however if I had the opportunity to do it over again, I would have passed.

Damn these lies. 75 percent of Zoll reps are there 5 years or more and happy!!

What a joke. Last meeting, the 5 year folks were asked to stand up. It was not even 10 people out of 500. The new people were at least half the audience. If you believe this crap, you are nuts. Just take 15 minutes to read all the other posts. If you still don't believe, then just call anyone on Linkedin who has worked at Zoll. They'll all tell you the truth.

The fact that upper leadership is posting lies to Café Pharma to try to reduce turnover illustrates their total lack of competence. You guys really don't have better ideas than this?

I continue to be disgusted by the lies tat leadership post on this board in order to hire a warm body. Yes, it's that bad here, please read all of the posts on this site. I know it's hard to believe that it's all real and not just a few scorned reps. Trust me, it's not. The turn over is really that bad and the manager and senior management all lie to get you here. After about 30 days or so you will realize you were lied to about everything and that you made a career move for smoke and mirrors. This job will ruin your career and you will be looking for another job within 30 days of being here. Don't do it! I'm trying to find my exit.

Zoll will most likely make Forbes list for best companies to work for. Where else can you make Grade A money and not be a slave? Where else does the average rep only have to sell a few orders a month? Where else are most employees this happy? (With the exception of the CP Trolls)

Just another example of the lies. There are literally thousands of posts on here and that gets written off as trolls? If Cafe Pharma means nothing, then how does Zoll explain the 40% turnover rate? Or the 18 month average tenure? Why are many recruiters refusing to represent Zoll anymore? Guess those are all because of "trolls" too?
