You may want to have a chat with our Training department. Sales continue to be lackluster and they have accusations of inadequate field preparation to deflect. Nevermind that the drug is completely underwhelming.....

it’s Luke he has no balls to stand up to Deena. All her dbls fear her and our team lost 3 amazing reps the last few months because of it. We had someone retire not because she wanted to but because Luke won’t push back on the shiz coming at him

Deena pulls the strings she’s had this culture for 25 years if you’ve followed her career. Doesn’t trust, if she’s not #1 she’s making her DBL’s life’s miserable which in turns goes down to the TBM’s, micro manages like crazy, doesn’t want reps to make a career out of here wants to turn and burn reps out, and loves to dance in mini skirts and cheerlead at meetings. Yes we will!!!

Captain obvious here but I must ask. Why are you staying at a bottom feeding organization like ALKS? If you have any self respect and confidence in your ability take your show on the road. There are some great people there who can do much much better. Don’t settle. If you don’t like the shit flush the toilet!

True leaders don’t view reps as as commodities…..they cultivate, coach and build careers that enhance and lift the culture.
