if you do not perform them why would anyone keep you? With this company it is a matter of being liked for some, that is why they are still around. if you are not liked then goodbye. why else would you keep TG and his boys here. look at what they have done. GM and GG should be next for putting them in and allowing them to stay. sales flat/decreasing, expenses up, motivation down, people not happy to be here, customers shaking their heads at us - recipe for success - I don't believe. keep in mind we in the field will be blamed. the sky is not falling but it is lower than usual. So yes more PIPs are coming
